Privacy policy
This policy explains how the Bidkeel application ("Bidkeel", "the application") handles information. Bidkeel is a private, single-operator tool used to report on its operator's own Google Ads accounts. It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties.
Who operates this application
Bidkeel is operated by the owner of the Google Ads accounts it reports on. For any question about this policy or the data held, contact yaroshenko@gmail.com.
Information the application accesses
- Google account identity. When you sign in with Google, the application receives your email address, basic profile information, and an OpenID identifier. This is used solely to confirm that the person signing in is authorised to use the application.
- Google Ads data. With your authorisation, the application reads reporting data from the Google Ads API — for example campaign names, statuses, budgets, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and search terms.
How the information is used
Information is used for one purpose only: to display advertising performance reporting, and to prepare optimisation recommendations, for the authorised operator of the accounts. The application performs read-only operations against the Google Ads API. It does not create, modify, pause, or remove campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords, or advertisements.
Limited use disclosure
Bidkeel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
The application runs on a private server controlled by the operator. Authorisation credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored in access-restricted files readable only by the application's own system account. Reporting data is retrieved from the Google Ads API on demand and is not accumulated in a separate long-term database. All traffic to the application is encrypted using HTTPS.
Sharing
Information obtained through Google APIs is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and it is not used to train machine-learning or artificial intelligence models.
Retention and revoking access
Stored authorisation tokens are retained only while access is in use, and are removed when access is revoked or the application is decommissioned. You may revoke this application's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any data held by the application, contact the address above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
