Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Bidkeel application ("the application"). By accessing the application you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Nature of the service

The application is a private, internal reporting tool. It provides read-only reporting and analysis of Google Ads accounts operated by its owner. It is not a public product, is not offered for sale, and is not made available to third-party advertisers or agencies.

Authorised access

Access is limited to individuals expressly authorised by the operator. Attempting to access the application without authorisation is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to sign in.

Read-only operation

The application performs only read operations against the Google Ads API. It does not place, alter, pause, or cancel advertising, and it cannot change budgets or bids. Any recommendation presented by the application is advisory only; the operator remains solely responsible for decisions made in the Google Ads interface.

Third-party services

The application relies on Google services, including Google Sign-In and the Google Ads API. Use of those services is additionally governed by Google's own terms. The application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

No warranty

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Reporting figures are drawn from the Google Ads API and may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to restatement by Google. No guarantee is made as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the application or its output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any advertising spend, lost revenue, or business decision arising from use of the application.

Changes and termination

These terms may be revised at any time, with the current version published on this page. Access to the application may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
